Pause. Breathe. Reset.

Life can feel overwhelming, and sometimes taking a mindful moment can make all the difference. This workshop offers a hands-on, supportive space to explore what mental health really means, why it matters, and how small acts of self-care can brighten everyday life.

The evening begins with a short presentation and Q&A, then flows into a Self-Care Petting Zoo with:

  • 🎨 Adult coloring sheets
  • ⏰ A time management activity
  • 🛁 Make-your-own bath salts
  • 🪭 Origami folding
  • 🎯 A “visual tracker” take-home craft
  • 🧩 A fidget + guided breathing card to keep

Psst... It’s not about doing everything—it’s about discovering what feels right for YOU. Take a breath, explore, and carry a little calm forward—one small step at a time. 💙

For ages 12 and up. Just drop in!
Space and activities will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Questions? Call Keri at 543-7675 ext. 2553 or e-mail keri@bcplib.org
