Meeting Room 1 at Central Library has a capacity of 60 persons seated and may be reserved by an individual or group a maximum of 1 time per month for up to 4 hours.
Equipment
The room is typically equipped with a projector, a 16-foot projector screen, a sink, and a small refrigerator for use. Other equipment—including laptops, a web cam, an external CD-ROM drive, external card readers, and a USB multi-port cable—may be checked out from the Circulation Desk.
Seating
The standard room configuration features thirty rectangular tables with sixty chairs arranged to face the front of the room. If you choose to rearrange the seating configuration, you will need to return all tables and chairs to their original position when you are done.
