The Meeting Room at Hillview Branch Library has a capacity of 55 persons and may be reserved by an individual or group a maximum of 1 time per month for up to 4 hours.
Equipment
The room is equipped with a sink and a projector screen for use. Other equipment—including a projector, laptops, a web cam, an external CD-ROM drive, external card readers, and a USB multi-port cable—may be checked out from the Circulation Desk.
Seating
The standard room configuration features sixteen rectangular tables with fifty-five chairs. If you choose to rearrange the seating configuration, please return all tables and chairs to their original position when you are done.
