Think falling is just part of getting older—or something people with mobility challenges just have to accept? Think again! In this free, interactive one-hour session, ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist Alli Woosley shares real-life tips to improve balance, build confidence, and reduce fall risks at home.
You’ll get 30 minutes of no-nonsense, expert-led fall prevention strategies (easy to follow, no jargon), followed by 30 minutes of gentle, guided movement to help you put those tips into action. It’s fun, informative, and might just help you stay on your feet—literally!
ABOUT THE PRESENTER
Alli Woosley is a certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and serves as the Coordinator for Louisville Metro’s Office for Aging & Disabled Citizens.

The Office for Aging & Disabled Citizens, part of Louisville Metro Government, advocates for the rights and well-being of older adults and individuals with disabilities. Through education, community engagement, and resource coordination, the office works to support independence, safety, and quality of life for all aging and disabled residents in Louisville (and beyond).
