Buried secrets… and one deadly discovery! 🦴

A small team of paleontologists and archaeologists at a remote dig site has unearthed a rare, potentially groundbreaking fossil. But with limited funding, clashing theories, and a race to claim credit for the discovery, tensions have been simmering just beneath the surface.

Then comes the most shocking find of all. Dr. Miles Carter is found buried in a shallow trench—not an accident, but a crime. With the site sealed and no one allowed to leave, the team must dig deeper to uncover the truth.

Step into a role, examine the evidence, and work with your fellow investigators to piece together what happened. From suspicious tools and missing logs to buried clues in the dirt itself, every detail matters—and everyone has something to hide.

🧢 Dress the part! Field gear, explorer vibes, or rugged dig-site style encouraged (but not required).
🥤 Light refreshments will be provided.

This immersive mystery invites you to follow the clues, question every motive, and unearth the truth before it’s lost for good. Can you solve the case… or will this dig site keep its secrets buried? 🕵️‍♂️

For ages 18 and up.
Registration is required for a select number of reserved seats. Additional seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Questions? Call Haleigh 543-7675 ext. 2558 or e-mail haleigh@bcplib.org
