One in seven people with HIV are unaware of their infection...

HIV treatment is available and accessible; many people who contract the disease go on to live normal, healthy lives with the proper medication. But you cannot treat an illness if you don’t know you have it. BCPL is partnering with the Volunteers of America to offer free, confidential HIV testing.

ABOUT VOLUNTEERS OF AMERICA   Website
The Volunteers of America has offered HIV services for over 20 years, and their HIV testing program follows the CDC guidelines. Every VOA HIV staff that administers the test has been trained and certified for Fundamentals of HIV Pre & Post Testing by Kentucky Department of Public Health.

For ages 18 and up. Just drop in!
Registration is not required for this event in order to preserve the anonymity of those who participate. Testing will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Questions? Call Destiny 543-7675 ext. 2554 or e-mail destiny@bcplib.org.
