Rest isn’t a reward—it’s a skill. 🌿

Constant motion comes at a cost. In a world that never seems to slow down, this eye-opening session explores why rest isn’t a weakness—it’s essential. Digging into the “why” behind it all, Jamie Vest from the Bullitt County Health Department breaks down the science behind sleep, burnout, and the pressure to always be productive.

You’ll unpack common myths about “doing more,” learn how factors like stress and heat can drain your energy, and take part in a guided “rest experiment” with simple techniques like breathing, body awareness, and quiet reset time.

Walk away with practical strategies (plus helpful handouts!) you can use anytime you need to reset, recharge, and feel more balanced—no hustle required. 🌙✨

🏗️ PLEASE NOTE— Due to construction, this event will take place at an offsite location. We hope to see you there!
