Bring your seeds, plants, and more to trade and share! Your items should be prepared and ready to share. Plus, exchange gardening advice and tips.

Exchange items might include:

  • Packaged seeds (remember to label as needed!)
  • Plant bulbs, cuttings, or starts
  • Potted plants or houseplants
  • Gardening tools and supplies (new or gently used)
  • More!

Psst... This special community event is presented in partnership with Bernheim Arboretum and Research Forest. A variety of seeds harvested from the 2022 Edible Garden will be available at the exchange! This event will take place simultaneously at all BCPL locations, so drop in at your favorite branch or visit all 5 locations for the ultimate exchange experience.

Open to gardeners of ALL ages. Just drop in!
