If you have a garden and a library, you have everything you need. –Marcus Tullius Cicero

Are your hostas taking over or do you have more tomato seedlings than your garden can handle? Looking for a new houseplant to spruce up your space? Bring your plants to trade and share at our community plant swap! Plus, exchange gardening advice and tips with your fellow plant enthusiasts.

Exchange items might include:

  • Plant bulbs, cuttings, or starts
(items should be prepared, neatly labeled, and ready to share)
  • Potted plants or houseplants
  • More!

Psst...

  • This event is being offered simultaneously at all locations. Visit your favorite branch—or swing by all of them!
  • Want to start a garden from the ground up? Check out vegetables, fruits, herbs, and more from the Seed Library at our Nichols location.

Open to gardeners of ALL ages. Just drop in!
Registration isn't required, but if you're bringing something extra awesome, large items, or a high quantity of plants or cuttings, please let us know! Call Lindsey 543-7675 ext. 2555 or e-mail lindsey@bcplib.org.
