Hillview Branch Library is beginning the process to expand its facility!

The project team from Studio Kremer Architects and Bullitt County Library Director Tara O'Hagan invite members of the community to attend a town hall meeting to provide input and to share their hopes for the future of BCPL's Hillview branch.

The expansion, renovation, and modernization project will increase the size and reconfigure the layout of the current facility to expand space for collections and displays; upgrade technology features; create semi-private, interactive spaces for children and teens; and more. Some key early ideas include a STEAM Lab, enhanced outdoor spaces, and a drive-thru book return.

The project team is eager to obtain input from the local community so that the future Hillview Branch Library will be the best asset it can be for its patrons. An overview of the project will be provided, with a majority of the time given to receiving feedback and ideas from the community.
