Lions and tigers and laughs—oh my! Bright Star Touring Theatre is back with a whirlwind adventure through The Wonderful Wizard of Oz like you’ve never seen it before. In this fast-paced, interactive retelling of L. Frank Baum’s beloved classic, the lovable comic duo Lenny and Mabel guide us through a land of talking scarecrows, tin woodsmen, flying monkeys, and, of course, one very powerful wizard (sort of).

Along the way, you'll help Dorothy and her new friends discover the courage, heart, and smarts they’ve had all along. Seen by audiences across the country, Wizard of Oz has become one of Bright Star's most beloved productions—delighting viewers from Pre-K to adult with its clever comedy, engaging storytelling, and larger-than-life characters.

Bright Star Touring Theatre's mission is simple: to challenge, engage, and delight audiences all over the world. Each year, they serve nearly 1,400 audiences in schools, theaters, libraries, museums, and more across the country.  Bright Star has also gained international support, including an invitation from the U.S. Embassy to visit Moscow, Russia with their programs. They offer over 50 different curriculum-based shows in rotation, ranging from The Lady of Bullyburg to Heroes of the Underground Railroad.
