Clear your mind, reduce stress, strengthen your body, and gain flexibility in a fun and friendly yoga session! Join a certified yoga instructor for a timeout from your busy schedule as you learn breath work, light stretching techniques, beginner poses, and more.
This is a no-pressure class that is perfect for all levels of ability. We'll never go beyond your comfort level and will offer something for all yoga enthusiasts and curiosity seekers. If a standard pose presents difficulty, modifications will be offered to allow all the benefits without added stress to the body. Plus, variations of the poses will be demonstrated for those who seek something a little more challenging. Namaste!
A limited supply of yoga mats will be available for participants. Please bring your own mats and water bottles if you have them!
