Join local author Stan Triplett, author of The Commoner, for a Q&A and book discussion. Published in January 2024, The Commoner is a historical nonfiction novel about a young man who rises from humble beginnings at Framlingham Castle to become one of England's greatest military strategists, defending his homeland from French invaders and a vengeful rogue knight.

ABOUT STAN TRIPLETT  
Stan Triplett has been involved in martial arts for fifty years and is a ranked martial artist. He owned his own martial arts academy and is a member of the International Circle of Masters. In support of the Warrior Cane Project, the author has trained veterans in the use of the cane for self-defense. In addition, he starred and produced the Stan Triplett’s Martial Arts Workout Video and has been featured in People Magazine. The author has also held careers as a salesman and corporate manager. Today, he enjoys retirement with his wife Joanne in Kentucky.
