Get ready for a season of creativity and clever solutions! 🌼
Spring brings blooming flowers, buzzing bugs, and fresh inspiration—so why not celebrate with hands-on projects designed for both fun and function? Every Thursday in April, kids and adults will enjoy unique crafts that welcome the season while tackling those pesky springtime nuisances. From adorable bunny buddies and upcycled book art to DIY bug spray and itch relief cream, there’s something for everyone to enjoy!
WEEKLY ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:
- 🐰 April 3rd:
✨ Kids: Little Bead Bunny – Create a charming bunny buddy using colorful beads and pipe cleaners.
✨ Adults: Bunny Rope Coaster – Craft a stylish rope coaster with felt accents for the perfect springtime décor. - 📖 April 10th (National Library Week!):
✨ Kids: Book Page Pinwheel – Give new life to discarded book pages by making a colorful, wind-powered pinwheel.
✨ Adults: Mini Felt Book – Craft a tiny felt book that doubles as a keychain, ornament, or essential oil air freshener. - 🌸 April 17th:
✨ Kids: Spring in a Jar – Build a mini spring scene in a jar, complete with a chick, bunny, and handmade flowers.
✨ Adults: DIY Bug Spray – Keep the bugs at bay by making your own natural bug repellent to take home. - 🌧 April 24th:
✨ Kids: Rain Stick – Learn about April showers while making a rain stick that mimics the soothing sound of falling rain.
✨ Adults: DIY Itch Relief Cream – Even with bug spray, bites can happen! Make a soothing itch relief cream to combat irritation.
