Bring the whole family to move, breath, and get healthy together! Join Cami Glauser for gentle yoga movements and stretches that encourage participants to get creative with physical activity. We'll have fun with imaginative poses that can be modified for different ages and abilities while promoting playful, active learning; mindfulness; and a healthy lifestyle.
Psst... Bring a yoga mat if you have one! (Mats are not required for this class but may be preferred by some participants.)
For all ages. Just drop in!

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR Instagram
Cami Glauser has been teaching yoga for more than 8 years since completing her first certification in Sedona, Arizona in 2015. She has an additional 200hr YTT certification from 502 Power Yoga, she is a YOD certified trainer, and has completed several Hands On Assisting trainings as well. Cami also creates and leads empowering workshops, including meditation/mindfulness workshops, sound bowl experiences, arm balancing masterclasses, personal development programs, and more! Whether it’s through a family yoga class, kids' yoga, corporate classes, or private sessions, Cami always encourages a sense of play, exploration, and curiosity in all of the classes she leads. She says, “Come as you are, not as you think you should be.”
