Who runs the world...?

Become a girl who codes! Join us every other Thursday to unlock the mysteries of coding. Gain confidence and explore real-world impacts as you learn a variety of coding skills.

Girls Who Code events focus on:

  • Sisterhood
Join a safe and supportive environment with peers and role models where you'll see yourself as a computer scientist.
  • Coding (of course!)
Learn the concepts of loops, variables, conditionals and functions that form the basis of all programming languages.
  • Impact
Work in teams to complete projects that solve real-world problems in your community.

ABOUT GIRLS WHO CODE
Girls Who Code is a national nonprofit organization leading the movement to inspire, educate, and equip girls with the computing skills to pursue 21st-century opportunities. Their mission is to close the gender gap in technology and to change the image of what a programmer looks like and does.

WHO IS GIRLS WHO CODE FOR?
Girls Who Code clubs are designed for female participants, regardless of gender assignment at birth, and this series welcomes any age-appropriate member who wishes to join the Girls Who Code mission irrespective of gender identity. However, this club will keep the focus on girls and consider the biases that might impact their experience in technology pursuits.
