Level up your library game! 🧠📱

Discover how to stream movies, download books, listen to audiobooks, and more—anytime, anywhere! This hands-on, interactive tech series is your gateway to making the most of your library card. Each month spotlights a different digital resource, complete with easy-to-follow demos and real-time support.

Bring your go-to device (phone, tablet, etc.) and learn how to download apps, log in, search, borrow materials, and customize your digital library experience. Each session wraps with Q&A time, so you'll leave feeling confident, connected, and ready to explore.

  • August 18th – Get to Know the BCPL App
    Search the catalog, place holds, manage your account, and more—all from your mobile device.
     
  • September 15th – Dive into Hoopla
    Stream or download movies, TV, music, e-books, comics, and more—all from one app. Plus, learn how to use Hoopla’s two borrowing models: Instant titles (⚡ always available, no holds) and Flex titles (🔄 popular audiobooks with limited copies and holds).
     
  • October 20th – Explore Libby / OverDrive / Kentucky Libraries Unbound (KLU)
    What’s in a name? Whether you're team desktop or app, this session will show you how to borrow e-books, audiobooks, and magazines with ease. You'll learn how to change default settings, personalize your reading experience, and find your next favorite read.

For ages 12 and up. Just drop in!
