Join us every week for a full-body strength-training session using resistance bands. This class is specifically designed to help older adults build and maintain strength for overall health or improved body composition. Instructor Amanda DeRossett will adjust the workout as needed to accommodate the individual strength levels and requirements of participants.

Please note:

  • Wear clothing that will be comfortable for a light workout.
  • Bottled water will be provided.
  • Before you start any exercise program, it is recommended that you check with your physician.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Amanda DeRossett is a wife to Aarron and a mom to her son, Tygh. After years in mortgage lending, she chose to follow her passion for health and wellness. Her journey through postpartum depression—while caring for her son, who faces a fatal illness—reshaped her perspective and deepened her purpose. She discovered that taking care of herself wasn’t optional; it was essential.

Amanda is an ACE-certified personal trainer, Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified coach, and a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. She is passionate about helping others build sustainable habits, nourish their bodies, and stay active so they can show up fully for their lives.
