Discover your county's rich history and the wealth of resources and activities available to you. From historical walking tours to meetups with local authors, officials, and personalities, each session will offer new nuggets of information about Bullitt County and the surrounding area, featuring interactive presentations from a variety of local clubs and organizations.
Presenter Schedule:
- June 3rd – David Strange
David is a local author, historian, and Bullitt County advocate. - July 1st – Bullitt County Public Library
Enjoy a peek into BCPL's history and learn about services and resources you might not have discovered yet! - August 5th – Active Heroes
This presentation is designed to help veterans discover available resources and to help members of the general public discover fun ways they can support local veterans. - September 2nd – Bullitt County History Museum
Find out about the treasures to be found in our local history museum and, as a bonus, learn a bit from the Bullitt County County Genealogical Society. - October 7th – Sarah Smith
Sara is the Director of School Safety & Mental Health Services at Bullitt County Public Schools; she will be sharing information and resources for parents about student safety and the dangers of vaping.
