Today a reader, tomorrow a leader. –Margaret Fuller

Storytime's not just for our youngest patrons! Help your older child grow a love for reading as we explore literacy through stories, songs, games, and crafts you can enjoy as a family. We'll have occassional guest speakers, too. Due to the featured books and the skill level needed for some crafts and activities, this program is especially ideal for elementary-aged children, but all ages are welcome. We strive to create rich and fun experiences that build a love of books, libraries, and learning that will stay with children for a lifetime.

This series, offered on the fourth Monday of the month, will feature the same stories and crafts offered in its counterpart Evening Family Storytime series. The afternoon timeslot provides an alternative time to help serve homeschool families.
